Having started the business in 1997, Eddie has been offering a personalized service to expatriates in need of housing in the upscale financial district of Makati. His dealings with high-networth individuals and corporations began in 1993 when he started out as a top stock broker in the Philippines. He made a successful shift from the financial sector to real estate brokerage and is now known as among the top realtors in the country catering to the rich and prominent individuals. He has transacted over five billion pesos worth of properties the past ten years. Eddie graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a double bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Bernadette joined Regent Properties in 2002 and catered to the leasing requirements of a Europeans and American clients. Long after a transaction has been closed, Bernadette continues to lend a helping hand to tenants and property owners. Her superior negotiating skills always generate in positive results to her clients because of her efficiency.
Kathy’s cheerful attitude has endeared her to clients because of her witty remarks and positive disposition. Most of them refer back their friends and acquaintances due to her diligent service. Through the years, Kathy has provided homes to several Embassy officials from Asia to Africa.
Noellie is the newest addition to Regent Properties. Her experience with a multinational real estate company for more than 5 years has molded Noellie in immediately identifying the needs and wants of her clients and has consistently been a primary source and key driver of ideas and actions to the company.
